If you are looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply to join our team at AWARE.Responsibilities:Ability to work remotely in assigned location / regionAbility to travel via personal vehicle or AWARE vehicle to designated cities / regions to meet with clients, staff and provide services.Experience in assessment and observational skillsExperience planning and implementing TR interventions to assist clients in increasing independence in lifestyleExperience researching and applying evidence-based practices in TRExperience supervising and overseeing TR programs and staffingDesign TR protocols, session plans and processesKnowledge of mental health diagnoses, developmental, intellectualImplements interventions that are sensitive to the client age, cultural background, stage of development, limitations of disabling conditions, skill and experience level.Document and evaluate services for efficiency and qualityPerform risk assessment and activity analysis to ensure safety of clientAbility to demonstrate and participate alongside client in order to assist in attaining identified personal goals and functional outcomes.Ability to advocate for the TRS as well as possess sound public speaking and presentation skillsMaintain assigned direct contact hours to caseload per weekExperience in creating reports, spreadsheets and auditing processesAssist and facilitate TRS special events and activities annually as plannedMaintain TRS equipment and resources as well as place orders as needed for supplies and resourcesExcited to join our organization?
