VP of Finance

* Required field. Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a VP of Finance. Our client is looking for someone who has 8+ years of experience, leadership skills and strong communication skills. This is an opportunity to be part of a strong well-respected non-profit organization that has a big impact!The salary range for this position is $130k-150k.The VP of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute the company's financial strategy to support organizational goals and long-term planning.Partner with the executive team to provide financial insights, forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations.Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and financial goal-setting processes.Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Lead the company's risk management strategy including insurance, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to support a high-performing, collaborative department.Ad hoc projects as needed.The VP of Finance will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor's degree in business, finance or closely related field.8+ years of related experience.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
