You’ll blend hands-on HR operations with strategic Total Rewards initiatives, partnering with leadership to ensure compensation, benefits, and career frameworks align with business goals. Your work will directly contribute to attracting and retaining top talent while enhancing the overall employee experience.Responsibilities include: Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Total Rewards programs, including compensation and incentives Conduct market pricing, internal equity analysis, and compensation reviews for promotions and merit increases Maintain job descriptions, leveling structures, and compensation data across the organization Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards for compensation cycles and workforce planning Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans Serve as a primary resource for employee questions related to benefits and Total Rewards Assist with open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefits communications Manage and optimize HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred), ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, promotions, internal transfers, and offboarding Partner with HR leadership on performance management, engagement, and career development initiatives Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters Requirements and Qualifications:5+ years of progressive HR experienceExperience supporting Total Rewards programsHands-on experience with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee supportPrior experience conducting compensation analysis, such as using surveys, benchmarking, or job levelingHands-on experience with HRIS systems and ADP Workforce Now Work mindset of independence/ownership/accountability/executionAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a respected organization in the natural health and wellness space, committed to improving lives through high-quality products and a people-first culture.
