Croker Fire Drill Corporation, an Altus Fire & Life Safey Company, located in Frankford, NJ is looking for a Fire Drill Conductor to join our team! This position completes services (including drills and training) throughout an assigned portfolio of accounts, enabling buildings to maintain compliance with applicable codes, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities
Maintain/service an assigned portfolio of facilities providing a full range of fire prevention and life safety training to long-term care, assisted living, personal care homes and medical treatment centers
Schedule and assist building in conducting drills in accordance with NFPA and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) (Fire, Elopement, Emergency Preparedness Exercise/Drill, etc.)
Upon conclusion of drills, document and/or provide critique
Schedule and perform in-service (training) sessions of facility employees, residents, etc. as it relates to fire and non-fire emergencies
Collaborate with Croker administrative team to deliver an overall positive customer experience
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry, providing guidance on codes and compliance
Advise clients on proper recordkeeping requirements relevant to Croker’s scope of services
Provide Croker Office with any known deficiencies within a building which fails to meet existing code regulations (relevant to Croker’s scope of services) or may pose a risk/compromise the safety of building occupants
Ensure timely completion of work
Performs other related duties as assigned and/or requested
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection or safety, emergency services or industry relevant experience is preferred (i.e.: first responder, fire inspector, fire instructor)
