Construction Project Coordinator (Fire Alarm)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ronkonkoma, NY, for a Fire Alarm Project Coordinator. The Fire Alarm Project Coordinator will be responsible for the daily structure of job start up, permits, sub contractors, invoicing, drawing management and correlating daily with the Project Manager and Installation team. Qualifications Experience with fire alarm systems, safety compliance, and building code requirements a plus but not required will train.Proficiency in technical documentation, Procore and Bluebeam programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactionsAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proactive mindsetPost secondary BA or technical degree required.Salary range 60-90K based on experience.
