If that kind of work matters to you, you'll fit right in here.We're looking for an experienced title coordinator, settlement coordinator, or real estate paralegal to join our real estate team and play a central role in managing our closing process from start to finish, and to assist with our real estate practice. This is a position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys the rhythm of real estate transactions. You'll work directly alongside our attorneys and have real ownership over the title and closing workflow.We invest in our team. This role comes with room to grow, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to become an indispensable part of a firm that's built for the long haul.ResponsibilitiesOrder and manage title searches, and review title commitments for accuracy and issuesCoordinate closings with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders - keeping all parties informed and on trackObtain tax certifications as required for transactionsPrepare closing packages and ensure all documents are accurate and complete before settlementHandle post-closing recording and follow-up, including recording deedsManage transaction workflow and communication through QualiaServe as a reliable point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders throughout the transaction processAssist, as needed, with real estate-related tasks for the law firm, including deed preparation, pulling recorded documents/title searches, drafting/editing leases, easement agreements, etcQualifications2-4 years of experience in a title coordinator, closing coordinator, or similar roleHands-on experience with Qualia and Simplifile or similar softwareStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyClear, professional communication skillsA team-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentFamiliarity with Pennsylvania real estate closing practices is a plusCertification as a notary public is not required, but is appreciated
