Manager Of Foundation & Corporate SponsorshipsJCCA is seeking a dynamic Manager of Foundation & Corporate Sponsorships, who will play a critical role in advancing the organization's fundraising strategy and impact.This position partners closely with the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, to identify and secure funding opportunities, cultivate meaningful relationships with funders, and lead the development of compelling, high-quality grant submissions. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and development teams to support both new funding opportunities and the stewardship of existing partnerships.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGrant Writing & StrategyLead the development, writing, editing, and submission of letters of inquiry (LOIs), grant proposals, reports, and other funding materialsEnsure all submissions are compelling, accurate, and aligned with funder prioritiesFunder Research & Pipeline DevelopmentConduct proactive research to identify new funding opportunities across private, corporate, and family foundationsSupport the development of funding strategies in partnership with the Vice President of Strategic PartnershipsPortfolio Management & Relationship StewardshipManage and grow a portfolio of foundation donorsCultivate, steward, and expand relationships with current, prospective, and lapsed fundersCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with program and finance teams to gather, validate, and synthesize data for proposals and reportsWork with executive leadership and program staff to align funding priorities with organizational goalsGrant Management & ComplianceOversee grant tracking systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reportingMonitor funded projects to ensure proper use of funds, alignment with grant requirements, and achievement of outcomesProject CoordinationTrack deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs to ensure timely submission of all grant-related materialsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Coordinator of Foundations & Corporations, to streamline processesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred35 years of experience managing the full grant lifecycle (prospecting through reporting)Proven success securing funding from private, corporate, and family foundationsStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)PreferredExperience with Salesforce or other fundraising/CRM systemsFamiliarity with the New York City philanthropic landscapeExperience in child welfare, nonprofit, or human services organizationsAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel throughout NYC and Westchester as neededSalary: $80K
