This role involves coordinating work performed by contractors and vendors, ensuring project quality, safety, and compliance with schedules and budgets. As a critical link between field operations and leadership, you will drive innovation, resolve logistical challenges, and ensure alignment among construction crews and stakeholders.Requirements:15+ years of experience in power plant commissioning, working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of engineering principles related to power plant commissioning.Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials in hazardous environments.Valid driver's license with no alcohol/drug related driving offenses within the past five years.Preferences:Experience in leading and managing construction projects, including monitoring tasks, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.Vast knowledge of electrical schematics, mechanical, civil, and steel structural drawings.Familiarity with concrete work, flat foundations, drill piers, breaker pads, and GSU containment pits.Experience in material procurement and material take-offs.Ability to work safely near equipment energized at hazardous voltage levels.Embrace the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.
