Works closely with Sr. Leadership and other internal and external sources to provide administrative support.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to Sr. Leadership and assisting in daily office needsManaging Sr. Leadership schedules, appointments, and travel arrangementsHandling confidential information with discretionCoordinating Sr. Leadership communication, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clientsPreparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for Sr. LeadershipOrganizing and maintaining Sr. Leadership files and recordsAssisting in organizing meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutesCollaborating with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the officeConducting research on various topics as neededPerforming other duties as assigned to support Sr. Leadership and overall business operationsJob Specific SkillsAdvanced knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, data entry, set up functions, process information and other office procedures and terminologyAdvanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service. Includes executive and customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for servicesAdvanced ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to clients, the public, government, and other external sources.
