Technical Program Manager (o9 Implementation)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead program management for a large-scale o9 implementation, coordinating business, technology, data, o9, and implementation teams to deliver program objectives, milestones, and go-live commitments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and delivery cadence.Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, including design, configuration, data, integrations, testing, UAT, and deployment.Lead program governance, including status reviews, RAID management, decision tracking, and executive reporting.Identify cross-workstream risks and dependencies and drive issues through resolution or escalation.Track scope, schedule, resources, deliverables, and overall program health.Coordinate testing, business readiness, cutover, and go-live activities.Manage alignment and accountability across internal teams, o9, and implementation partners.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in technical program management or large-scale technology transformation.Experience delivering complex enterprise platform implementations, preferably o9 or other supply chain planning platforms.Understanding of supply chain planning processes and implementation lifecycles.Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing multiple workstreams and globally distributed teams.Strong program planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery governance experience.Preferred BackgroundHands-on experience managing o9 implementations from design through go-live.Experience coordinating business, IT, data, integration, testing, and implementation partner teams.Familiarity with supply chain planning transformation and enterprise technology deployments.
