Project Manager & Engineer

PavCon, LLC is looking for a Project Manager & Engineer to serve as the central point of contact for a diverse team focused on understanding and assessing current client needs (i.e., DoW operational energy solutions), developing strategies, and working with the client to manage and execute projects and programs successfully. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree, ideally with experience in engineering and/or data related field. Project Management experience Design of Experiments experience Excellent time management and analytical skills Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to build good working relationships. Must be a US Citizen Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Ability to secure a Federal Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC) Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%) Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with executing DoW projects and associated requirements/guidance PMP Certified Experience/familiarity with relevant software systems Attributes: · Passionate about teams and their related work · Willing to roll up sleeves alongside other PMs, analysts, and engineers · Able to work remotely · Takes well to change and is adaptable · Easily navigates/manages all types of personalities and work styles · Thrives in a multi-dimensional environment, able to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives, and rapidly changing priorities About the Company: PavCon LLC is a small business focused on delivering data-driven recommendations.
