Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering support for design and development of new and existing productsDrive project activities across cross-functional stakeholdersSupport current products in quality, manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvementParticipate in technical and cross-functional project executionContribute to innovation by generating new concepts and product enhancementsUnderstand customer needs through research, interviews, observations, and competitive analysisTranslate customer needs into engineering, product, packaging, and process requirementsDesign robust, manufacturable products using engineering fundamentalsDevelop and execute test methods, including measurement systems and data analysisPrepare detailed technical reports for design verification and testingAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresExperience Required2- 4 years of engineering experienceExperience in the medical device industry preferredStrong exposure to packaging engineering is requiredSkills & CertificationsProduct development & engineering fundamentalsMedical device packaging engineeringCross-functional collaborationDesign verification & validation testingStatistical tools & data analysisTechnical documentation & reportingManufacturing & quality supportRegulatory and compliance awarenessEligibilities & qualificationsUSA applicants onlyBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred)Demonstrated ability to use statistical tools and computer-based analysis
