Regional Sales Manager (France)
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand and strengthen the customer base.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
Establish and grow sales while servicing accounts, creating sales plans and goals, and developing marketing strategies.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Drive competition and innovation by building awareness of market and product offerings.
Manage the sales cycle and team to ensure contracts, obligations, and commitments are exceeded.
Qualifications
Education:
BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Evidence of continuous learning (conferences, certifications, etc.).
Experience:
Minimum 15 years in industrial manufacturing sales.
Ability to speak technically about industrial bearings and machined components.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
Strong professional instincts and ability to bridge American and European business practices.
Technical Knowledge:
Ability to articulate technical solutions confidently and accurately.
Cultural Fit:
Fluent in English and French (additional languages such as German, Polish, Italian are a plus).
Ability to work effectively with diverse international teams.
