Comblack is Hiring: System & Cloud Infrastructure EngineerWe are looking for an experienced System & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a large and well-established enterprise organization in Jerusalem.About the Role: The role involves operating and maintaining public cloud solutions, writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing Microsoft 365 environments, monitoring and controlling cloud resources, managing backup and recovery processes, handling ongoing technical operations, resolving cross-system incidents, and meeting strict SLAs.Key Responsibilities:Operate, maintain, and optimize public cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT services.Develop automation scripts and write Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Manage enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, identities, permissions, and security baselines.Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and continuous cloud resource monitoring.Provide escalation support for complex technical issues in alignment with operational SLAs.Requirements:4+ years of hands-on experience working in public cloud environments.Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, and working in Linux environments.Solid background in administering cloud-based IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, backup solutions, IAM, and security configurations.Proven experience in technical operations management, root-cause troubleshooting for cross-platform issues, SLA adherence, and endpoint management.Proficiency with ITSM ticketing platforms (such as ServiceNow) and providing tier-level support to enterprise business units.Why Comblack?Comblack is a company dedicated to creating accurate and meaningful connections between people and the right opportunities.
