This is a full-time, onsite position with travel required.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain enterprise standards for audiovisual and access control systems to ensure consistency across deploymentsPlan, budget, and execute deployment of collaboration technology solutions at job sitesManage and assign tasks to project team members while ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, and deadlinesLead implementation and deployment of construction technology solutions across multiple projectsResearch and evaluate emerging technologies to improve jobsite operationsTravel to project locations to oversee installation, commissioning, and user trainingProvide hands-on troubleshooting and support to ensure minimal disruption to project operationsCollaborate with IT teams to support deployment and activation of systems and equipmentMaintain documentation of deployments, installations, and issue resolutionsBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholdersQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GED requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesWillingness and ability to travel to job sites as neededPreferredExperience with audiovisual and access control technology deploymentsBackground in electronics or a related technical fieldDemonstrated leadership or team management experienceStrong time management skills in fast-paced environmentsProficiency with computers and construction-related technologiesHolder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.
