As a Client Service Administrator, you will work with both our front desk and operations staff to ensure world class service and planning. Some of your tasks will include managing client requests, processing forms, liaising with third-party investment managers, new client onboarding and account management, handling RMDs, placing trades, client account transfers, and collaborating with the Vice President of Client Services to ensure that client needs are met proactively.
