Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of field events and RFPs, including budget and vendor management
Ensure internal stakeholder alignment and manage timelines for RFPs
Travel 10-15% of the time for industry and owned events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing or project management
Strong organizational skills and experience in building systems
Passion for expanding access to women's and children's healthcare
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
