Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Coordinator. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service and support by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and addressing client concerns, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. You will also contribute to improving customer support processes and identifying areas for optimization. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teamsKeen Analytical Skills to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer queries effectivelyDetail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency with relevant software tools and customer support systemsAbility to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targetsPrevious experience in customer service or support roles is a plusBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
