Role SummaryThe Infor LN ERP Architect is a senior, hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise ERP solutions supporting finance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. This role leads architecture decisions across complex, global environments and ensures Infor LN solutions align with long-term business strategy, scalability, and performance objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own end-to-end architecture for Infor LN ERP implementations and enhancementsLead solution design across Finance, Supply Chain, and Discrete Manufacturing domainsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutionsArchitect and oversee integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, MES, PLM, WMS, analytics)Lead ERP data migration strategy, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliationEnsure system performance, stability, and scalability through proactive optimizationEstablish and enforce ERP architecture standards, governance, and best practicesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to project and delivery teamsPartner with business and IT leadership to shape ERP roadmaps and continuous improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree20+ years of total ERP technical experience, including architecture, design, and implementation leadership10+ years of deep, hands-on Infor LN experience (formerly Baan)Proven experience supporting finance, supply chain, and discrete manufacturing processesStrong expertise with Infor OS, integrations, extensions, and workflow automationExtensive experience leading ERP implementations in multi-site and global environmentsHands-on experience with ERP data migration, reporting, and performance tuningStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiencesDemonstrated record of delivering ERP solutions that drive measurable business outcomesPreferred ExperiencePrior architect or lead roles on complex ERP transformationsExperience defining ERP governance models and enterprise standardsManufacturing or industrial domain experience
