Always setting the example in providing great customer service according to Klatch Always going above and beyond | Providing legendary service | Encouraging a just say yes attitude Responsible for managing themselves and other employees Using the 3 C’s : Coordinating and adjusting positions; assigning tasks; etc. Train and coach team members on any/all tasks | Sign off on worksheets to help track progress Give regular feedback! Holding the team accountable for executing Klatch standards Having conversations in the moment where there needs to be improvement as well as at the end of a shift to recap Documenting all conversations so store managers can follow up with team members Dealing with and solving problems as they arise With equipment, orders, customers, coworkers, etc. Make the best decisions in the moment, ask for help when needed, and communicate anything and everything! Responsible for sales and waste during the shift Ensure spoilage log is being utilized, all staff food/bev items are rung through properly Working to accomplish daily sales goals through the use of the 5 parts of the sale, bean sales, etc. Placing orders | Problem solving to ensure store has the necessary products to serve our customers Assist with inventory counts and entering invoices Qualifications - Inventory management experience - Supervisory skills in a retail environment - Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling - Strong customer service and team management abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory control - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Previous experience in managing and training staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Fontana, CA 92336 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Fontana, CA 92336: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
