This Mailroom / Print & Shipping Associate Position Features:Location: Eden Prairie, MN 55344Duration: 3 Months Contract +EXTSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)Pay Rate: $20/hrInterview: In-personDress Code: Business CasualPosition Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support daily mailroom and office services operations at a client site. This role involves high-volume mail handling, shipping coordination, and document services while ensuring excellent customer support.Key Responsibilities:Process and sort up to 4,000 pieces of mail dailyOperate Pitney Bowes postage machines to apply postageCreate shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, and USPS systemsPrepare mail for scanning and distributionHandle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office suppliesOperate high-volume copying, printing, and document imaging equipmentPerform basic equipment troubleshooting (e.g., clearing paper jams)Maintain logs, reports, and inventory of suppliesDeliver completed jobs within the facilitySupport meeting room setups and light office maintenanceProvide excellent customer service and respond to service requestsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED1-2 years of experience in mailroom, office services, or related fieldBasic knowledge of shipping software (UPS/FedEx/USPS)Good computer and MS Office skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and learn quicklyPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience with copy/print or mailroom operationsExperience using Pitney Bowes equipmentPhysical Requirements:Standing for extended periods (up to half the day)Walking up to 5 miles dailyAbility to lift/move up to 50-55 lbsFrequent bending, reaching, and movementWork Environment:Office setting with moderate noise levelsPhysically active role requiring movement across the facilityOccasional overtime or weekend work may be requiredEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:The pay transparency policy is available here:English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
