This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of personal injury cases, represent plaintiffs, and contribute to our firm's commitment to justice.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, a passion for helping people, and a proven track record of success.Job Details Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters (pre-litigation and/or litigation) Monitor case deadlines, medical treatment progress, and statute limitations Conduct client intake interviews and gather necessary documentation Request, review, and organize medical records and billing statements Assist with drafting demand packages and settlement documentation Calculate damages, including medical expenses, lost wages, and other claims Coordinate settlement disbursements and lien resolution Draft correspondence and basic legal documents Assist with filing and document management Maintain case management system with accurate notes and updates Qualifications 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management (plaintiff-side preferred) Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, medical terminology, and insurance procedures Experience with case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Texas State Bar.3 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and winning trials.Passion for advocating for individuals who have been harmed and a deep commitment to justice.Interested in hearing more?
