A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Waukegan, IL, supporting K-12 students across potentially multiple school buildings. This contract role offers an opportunity to positively impact student communication and learning development within a dynamic educational setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress.Assist in multiple school buildings as needed, delivering onsite support and services.Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state policies.Qualifications:Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois.Candidates holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are preferred.Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.Recent graduates (SLP Clinical Fellows) are welcome and will be considered.Must be available to work onsite full time (37.5 hours per week).Job Details:Location: Waukegan, ILContract duration: ASAP through May 29, 2026Hours: Full time, Monday through FridayCaseload: K-12 studentsBenefits:Competitive hourly pay range of $55-$65Guaranteed hours with a consistent scheduleHealth, dental, and vision insurance options available
