The Marketing Analytics & Campaign Specialist reports to the Senior Director, Campaign Development and serves as the operational backbone of the team, supporting campaign execution, marketing technology, and performance analytics.This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational experience in campaign execution and analytics and is looking to deepen their skills in measurement, dashboards, and marketing operations. This is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy role for someone who thrives on organization, data, and making complex campaigns run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Platform Management (40%) Day-to-day management of marketing tech stack (CRM, ad platforms, analytics tools)Ensure data quality and integration across platformsPull and synthesize data from Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and CRM systems to report on campaign performance tied to lead generation, membership growth and sponsorship.Build and launch campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and CRM platforms, ensuring tracking, targeting, and naming conventions are implemented correctly.Manage audience segmentation and campaign targetingCollaborate with website team and IT on platform optimization and troubleshootingStay current on platform updates, new features and technologyPerformance Tracking & Reporting (30%) Build dashboards and reports tracking campaign KPIs and marketing metricsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomesTrack performance against key goals like traffic, engagement, and lead generationConduct post-campaign analysis and document insightsHelp define and standardize KPI frameworks across campaigns, including business vs media metrics and performance benchmarks.Develop performance reports to deliver on company growth goalsProcess Optimization (20%) Develop and document campaign workflows and standard operating proceduresCreate templates and toolkits for repeatable campaign executionsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI toolsMaintain campaign asset library and file organization systemsSupport team adoption of new tools and processesCampaign Project Management (10%) Coordinate campaign activities across paid, owned, and earned channelsManage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverable trackingEnsure seamless coordination between creative, stakeholders, and external partnersLead campaign status meetings and maintain project documentationIdentify and resolve bottlenecks in campaign deliveryManage campaign workflows from brief through execution and reportingQualificationsExperience Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or similar roleHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Feathr, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)Experience with digital advertising setup and implementationHands on experience with Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)Project management experience coordinating complex, multi-channel campaignsCore Competencies Extreme Organization: Manages multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping ballsTechnical Aptitude: Quickly learns new platforms and troubleshoots issuesAnalytical Thinking: Translates data into insights and recommendationsProcess Orientation: Creates systems that improve efficiency and consistencyDetail Obsessed: Catches errors and ensures quality in every executionProactive Communication: Keeps team informed and surfaces issues earlyTechnical Skills Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platformAdvanced knowledge of marketing best practices and deliverabilityExperience with paid social, programmatic and search advertising platformsStrong data analysis skills and dashboard creation (Excel, BI tools)Understanding of web analytics, tracking, and attributionFamiliarity with project management toolsSalary and Total Rewards Package:Starting pay range: $60,000 to $65,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, 401k with company match, flexible scheduling, generous paid time off program, casual dress code, incentives, and rewards.To Apply:If your skills, experience, and enthusiasm align with the requirements and responsibilities of this position, please forward your resume with a cover letter and salary requirements to .
