Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support inspection processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including verification of electrical components and assembly.
Ideal candidates have experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments and are comfortable working with technical drawings, inspection tools, and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on fabricated enclosures and components
Verify electrical function and assembly against specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and customer requirements
Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to ensure accuracy
Document inspection results and complete detailed reports
Identify and report nonconformances (NCRs) and support corrective actions
Conduct process audits and help improve quality standards
Communicate quality expectations clearly with production teams
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality control (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, AWS, NEC, or UL preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic math and technical aptitude
