Job Overview MUST HAVE 5 PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OPERATING A LIGHT DUTY WRECKER/SNATCH TRUCK REQUIRED NOT FLATBED. SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND EARLY MORNING AND NIGHTS REQUIRED. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS RANDOM DRUG TEST. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and vehicles, performing diagnostics, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities Operate LIGHT DUTY WRECKER Drive commercial vehicles, including manual transmission trucks, for transportation needs Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Manage conflict situations professionally to maintain a safe work environment Assist with vehicle troubleshooting and mechanical repairs when necessary Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and courteously Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries Requirements Proven experience with automotive diagnostics, repair, or mechanic work Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and machinery operation Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles and commercial trucks Experience operating wrecker tow trucks Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively Ability to load & unload vehicles Excellent driving record and adherence to safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in 5 plus years experience wrecker driver This position offers an engaging work environment for individuals passionate about automotive technology and operational excellence.
