Litigation Paralegal

Job Title: Civil Litigation ParalegalLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)Our law firm client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to support their growing practice. While the firm's primary practice area is employment law, they are looking for a paralegal with strong general litigation skills who can manage cases from start to finish.Responsibilities:Manage litigation files throughout all phases of the caseAssist with discovery, document review, and productionDraft pleadings, subpoenas, correspondence, and case summariesCoordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and deadlinesConduct legal research and organize case materialsCommunicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counselSupport attorneys with trial preparation and daily litigation tasksQualifications:5+ years of civil litigation experience (employment law experience preferred)Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rulesExcellent writing, research, and organizational skillsProficiency with e-filing and case management systemsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $130,000 annually.
