This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail truly matters.You will be accountable for:Perform assembly and brazing operations on small, tight tolerance componentsWork under a microscope to assemble and inspect miniature partsUse a wide range of hand tools and precision measuring tools with confidence and accuracyFollow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specificationsMaintain a strong sense of urgency while meeting quality and production goalsCollaborate with team members and support continuous improvement effortsLearn and master new assembly processes as product lines evolveEnsure all work meets strict quality standards and safety requirementsPerform other duties as needed and assignedYou are the right person for this job if you have:3+ years experience in Assembly, Precision ManufacturingFurnace brazing experience preferredComfortable working under a microscope with small, delicate and tight tolerance componentsProficient with hand tools, gauges, calipers, and other measuring toolsRead and interpret detailed work instructions, specifications, technical prints and engineering DrawingsEagerness to learn new techniques and take on a variety of product buildsThis position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person" as defined under ITAR and EAR.
