EQUIPMENT OPERATOR RESIDENTIAL NEW COSTRUCTION

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Residential New Construction Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations on job sites. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment, as well as a commitment to adhering to safety protocols. Duties Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, skid loaders, front loader trucks, and bulldozers. Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed. Follow safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment on job sites. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Excavate footers and foundations Establish grades rough and final Dig and install utilities Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to excavators, backhoes, skid loaders, front loader, trucks, and bulldozers. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
