Fund Finance Lead

This Leading, $50B+ Alterative Asset Manager is looking to bring on a Fund Finance Lead to join their team in Dallas, TX. This is a newly created position driven by continued growth across the platform, offering significant visibility and the opportunity to own and shape fund and platform-level financing activities while working closely with senior leadership and key internal partners.This role is well-suited for a strategic and execution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on a leadership position within fund finance. The opportunity provides broad exposure to complex investment structures and the ability to drive initiatives across capital structure, lender engagement, and overall financing strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day management of fund and platform financing activities, including oversight of credit facilities, borrowings, and repayments in coordination with internal teamsOversee lender reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of borrowing base certificates and ongoing compliance with financing agreementsManage existing credit facilities, including amendments, renewals, and negotiations with lenders and legal counterpartiesDrive the execution of new financing solutions across funds, portfolio companies, and the broader platformDevelop and refine leverage strategies across fund vehicles, including decisions related to structure, duration, and currency exposureBuild and maintain strong relationships with external financing partners, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and investment teamsIdeal Candidates8+ years of relevant experience in fund financeStrong knowledge of fund structures, credit agreements, and cash management practices within alternative asset managersHighly analytical with the ability to evaluate complex financial information and support strategic decisionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
