At All Pro, we don't just offer jobs—we offer careers with purpose.Responsibilities:Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement.Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.Qualifications:HVAC experience is not required but is a plus.Minimum 5 years of sales experienceExcellent CommunicatorB2C sales experience or aptitudeIn-home salesMust be able to read and write in English.Strong decision-making abilitiesComfortable navigating through multiple software systemsPhysical Demands:Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of theMay be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushingPay Transparency:The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $100k–$175k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
