Daily work includes:Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated equipmentOverseeing medication inventory levelsUpdating accurate documentationCommunicating with customers to ensure strong relationshipsResponsibilitiesOperate Omnicell automation systems per SOPs and best practicesHandle medication returns and restockingMonitor and maintain formulary inventoryPerform routine cleaning, inspections, and maintenanceIdentify system issues, resolve common problems, and escalate unresolved onesCommunicate proactively with pharmacy managers, staff, and internal teamsSupport high customer satisfaction through professional, responsive serviceProvide training and ensure compliance with procedures and documentationManage expenses according to Omnicell travel policiesFollow all customer facility guidelinesMaintain national certification and required state credentialsAct as a resource/SME for Omnicell team members on site or remotelySpecialized SkillsStrong organization in fast-paced environmentsExcellent customer service and communicationSolid problem-solving and mechanical aptitudeWorking knowledge of hardware, Windows, Excel, and PowerPointSelf-directed and able to follow detailed plansStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teamsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDActive State Board of Pharmacy Technician License for the state of MNActive National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, or, NHA CPhT / ExCPT)Working knowledge of pharmacy automationPreferred QualificationsAccredited pharmacy technician program completion1 year hospital pharmacy experience (strongly preferred)2 years hospital automation experienceBasic automation troubleshooting skillsWork ConditionsDaily onsite commute to: 1406 6th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56303Shift: TBD (maybe subject to change)Travel required for trainingHospital pharmacy environment8-10 hour shifts; schedule may varyStanding for long periodsPossible exposure to hazardous drugsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs#LI-JC1#LI- St. Cloud, MNAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.
