Laboratory and Compliance TechnicianPennichuck Corporation | New HampshirePennichuck Corporation is seeking a Laboratory and Compliance Technician to support water quality testing and regulatory compliance across our service areas. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, reliable drinking water for communities throughout southern and central New Hampshire.What You'll DoCollect, prepare, and analyze water samples in support of state and federal compliancePerform in-house laboratory testing (e.g., Coliform/E. coli, metals, pH, hardness)Coordinate with external laboratories and manage chain-of-custody documentationMonitor state sampling schedules and treatment system performance (PFAS, arsenic, iron, manganese, etc.)Support the EPA Cyanobacteria Monitoring ProgramMaintain data and reporting in LIMS and prepare regulatory submissionsAssist with investigations of unusual results or Tentatively Identifiable Compounds (TICs)QualificationsTechnician I1–3 years of laboratory or compliance experienceFamiliarity with drinking water testing regulationsApplied science background; basic understanding of water systemsTechnician II3–7 years of laboratory or compliance experienceStrong working knowledge of drinking water regulationsApplied science background; solid understanding of water systemsNEWWA and/or EPA cyanobacteria training preferred for both levels.Why Pennichuck?Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits401(k) with company match and employer-funded pensionCompany-paid family dental insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesMission-driven, community-focused workApply Today: https://pennichuck.com/about-us/careerPennichuck is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
