Preferred Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing environmentAutoCAD experience. What You’ll Focus On:Preventive Maintenance Planning: participate in daily maintenance planning meetingsHelp schedule and execute preventive maintenance tasks, gaining insight into reliability engineering and asset managementData-Driven Problem Solving: collect and analyze downtime and performance data. Use real-world metrics to support decisions on maintenance priorities and improvementsCMMS Interaction, Update, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Learn how digital tools support maintenance workflows and asset trackingSafety Walkthroughs & Compliance Checks: join safety inspections and learn how OSHA standards are applied in an industrial setting. Help document findings and support corrective actionsPreventive Maintenance Optimization: Analyze current PM schedules and recommend improvements based on downtime data, equipment history and OEM documentationCMMS Enhancement: Assist in updating and organizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to improve tracking and reportingInternship positions are not benefits-eligible.
