Established general contractor who values their employeesAbility to grow your career with a company that values their employeesAbout Our ClientA leading construction management and consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the Greater Philadelphia tri-state area. The organization provides comprehensive services including project management, owner's representation, cost estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, land development consulting, and FF&E management for a variety of clients such as developers, institutions, non-profits, and public agencies.Job DescriptionLead and facilitate design development meetings in collaboration with architects and engineering teamsSupervise and mentor project management staff while coordinating resource allocationChair weekly project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholdersReview and analyze project schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, and associated costsAssist in reviewing and negotiating AIA contract agreementsSupport development of project budgets, cost estimates, and timelinesOversee project controls including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment processesConduct field inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent and client standardsPrepare and deliver regular project reports to clientsManage punch list completion and coordinate project closeout activitiesOversee building turnover and manage warranty-related items as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
