Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support our direct client's After-Sales Service Transformation initiative. This role will primarily focus on Service Cloud with some exposure to Sales Cloud.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console)Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrationsSupport after-sales service processes and customer experience improvementsWork on Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities) as neededIntegrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data consistencyRequirements8+ years of Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Service CloudWorking knowledge of Sales CloudHands-on with Apex, LWC, APIs, and FlowsExperience in service transformation or support environments preferredPreferredSalesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Service Cloud)Experience in automotive or after-sales service domain
