Print Production Coordinator Position OverviewOur media and entertainment client in Burbank, CA, is looking for a Print Production Coordinator to join their team on a 1-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is hybrid and 40 hours a week. Print Production Coordinator will support packaging, merchandising, and advertising production. This role focuses on managing projects from design files through design to production. You will ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end print production for packaging, POP, and advertising materials. Coordinate workflows from layouts through localization, pre-press, proofing, and manufacturing. Track timelines, deliverables, and project status using Monday.com Oversee packaging localization and create/maintain style guides Manage vendor relationships, print bids, purchase orders, and project budgets Review and approve proofs, color, layouts, and final production materials Maintain asset organization and ensure consistent file managementQualificationsExperience in print, packaging, or merchandising production Strong knowledge of pre-press, print processes, and color quality Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
