Account Executive

OverviewOur client is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Account Executive to support business growth within the Fort Lauderdale market. This role focuses on developing new client partnerships and expanding existing accounts by delivering high-impact IT staffing and consulting solutions.The Account Executive will work closely with internal recruiting teams to connect top talent with organizations across South Florida, helping clients solve critical hiring challenges in a competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals within the Fort Lauderdale marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makersIdentify client hiring needs across IT, engineering, and technology functionsPresent and sell staffing solutions including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire servicesPartner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and effective candidate deliveryManage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing businessNegotiate rates, terms, and service agreementsConsistently meet or exceed revenue and activity goalsMaintain accurate pipeline and client data in CRM systemsQualifications1–5+ years of B2B sales, account management, or staffing experience (technology staffing strongly preferred)Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentSelf-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesPreferred ExperienceExperience selling IT staffing or consulting servicesEstablished network within the Fort Lauderdale or South Florida business communityFamiliarity with CRM or sales tracking toolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commissionPerformance-based bonuses and incentivesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities and ongoing trainingWork EnvironmentHybrid work schedule based in Fort Lauderdale, FLCollaborative and high-energy team cultureResults-driven environment with strong leadership support
