Forward Deployed Engineer (1–5 YOE) Health-tech| San Francisco (Onsite, 5 days/week) Overview Building AI agents that directly improve patient access to healthcare 115M+ patient interactions, 98%+ resolution rate, 4.5★ satisfaction Reduced wait times from 11 min → 1 min 20x revenue growth in 2025 with strong product-market fit Scaling quickly — not an experiment, already working at scale What You’ll Do Build and deploy custom AI agent solutions for healthcare providers Work directly with customers to understand workflows and pain points Translate product requirements into production-grade systems Own features end-to-end: design, build, test, deploy, iterate Ship in fast cycles (6–10 weeks) with real-world impact Collaborate closely with founders and a small, high-caliber team What We’re Looking For 1–5 years of experience (backend or full-stack) Strong product mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity Background at a high-growth startup OR big tech with clear promotion signal Strong in Python or TypeScript Experience building scalable, production-grade applications Backend-leaning (~70%) with some full-stack exposure Bonus: Retool, AI/LLM systems, or HealthTech/FinTech/LegalTech experience Candidate Profile High ownership, moves fast, and ships real products Has worked on high-impact systems (not just incremental features) Comfortable working directly with stakeholders/customers Scrappy, execution-oriented, and product-minded Details Comp: $150K – $215K + equity Location: San Francisco (5 days/week onsite) Visa: Not supported Hiring 5–10 engineers
