The Treatment Coordinator will manage treatment plans and assist patients by addressing their dental questions and concerns. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, discussing treatment options, verifying insurance benefits, calculating costs, and ensuring an excellent patient experience during their care journey. Collaboration with dental staff to ensure smooth communication and operations is also a key aspect of this role.Qualifications Proficiency in treatment planning and an understanding of dental care processes Experience with insurance verification and billing procedures Strong customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional patient care Ability to work collaboratively with dental teams and independently manage tasks Knowledge of dental terminology and patient coordination is necessary Previous experience in a dental office setting is necessary Additional certifications in dental admin or coordination are a plus Great phone and communication skills
