This position provides challenging opportunities to work with a variety of clients; from start-ups to established middle-market companies. We are looking for individuals with the following attributes: Experience: None or up to 2 years accounting experience Skills: Depending on experience level, the following skills will be important: Accounting and bookkeeping experience - including payroll/payroll tax, monthly and quarterly accounting, and financial statement preparation Detail-oriented Dedication to deliver a high level of client service Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously Effective communication skills with clients and management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Proficiency with remote communication technologies (Teams, Zoom, etc.) Benefits: Comprehensive health plan A unique paid time off program 401(k) matching Health club reimbursement Summer hours M|H is an equal opportunity employer.
