We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead high-impact analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery, quantifying value and communicating recommendations to business partners and executives.• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights, presenting findings in clear, compelling formats.• Develop analytics products and solutions using modern business intelligence and AI tools, adhering to Agile principles.• Architect, publish, and standardize trusted Power BI datasets and dashboards.• Build performant Databricks workflows to wrangle large datasets, engineer features, and automate recurring analyses.• Own analysis quality through data validation, experiment design, sensitivity checks, and reproducibility.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.• 8–10+ years in analytics roles, with at least 3 years of project leadership experience.• Proven impact delivering analytics in complex environments with measurable business outcomes.• Expertise in Databricks, SQL, R, Python, and the Azure data stack (Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse/Fabric).• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior analytics professionals and influence cross-functional partners.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($100,003 – $120,000) plus a 10% bonus potential.• Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) match, health, dental, and vision insurance, and parental leave.• Opportunity to work with advanced analytics tools and drive key business outcomes.• Mentorship and professional development within a collaborative team environment.Apply via Haystack today!
