Speech & Language Pathologist

The Speech and Language Pathologist provides specialized assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with staff and families, and supporting behavior and crisis interventions.Qualifications involve a master’s degree, current licensure, experience with children with complex needs, and knowledge of AAC and behavioral strategies. Preferred skills include ABA experience and multilingual abilities.Benefits include competitive salary ($125,000-$145,000), health insurance, paid time off, and a multidisciplinary team setting. This in-person role operates Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM.
