Pay Benefits Starting Pay $40,000/yr. Profit Sharing Other Benefits Medical Vision Dental IRA 7 Paid Holidays (AFTER 90 days) PTO accrual and carryover Tuition Assistance Job Duties: Plan and coordinate events including set-up and tear down as applicable. Interact with potential customers and provide accurate information regarding our services. Assist with Community outreach initiatives. Assist the Senior Marketing Associate with ensuring accurate marketing information is being conveyed including but not limited to listings, pictures, availability, etc. Assist the Senior Marketing Associate with rental and renewal rates. Answer incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties as required. Establish relationships and follow up with potential clients. Work with management to establish and meet marketing and sales goals. Minimum Qualifications: Previous AppFolio experience preferred. The ability to work well without close supervision. Ability to give a presentation. High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication. Highly motivated, outgoing, professional, and punctual. Previous experience in marketing and/or property management preferred.
