Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting leader with strong technical expertise who can manage the full monthly close cycle, maintain internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple revenue streams. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports scalable accounting processes aligned with company growth.Required:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of close processes and financial reportingExperience supporting audits and maintaining audit readinessExperience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standardsPrior experience in Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or Controller-level responsibilitiesExperience working in software, multi-revenue stream, or complex accounting environmentsExperience with SAP and/or Microsoft Business CentralPreferred:Experience in Oil & Gas or SaaS industry environmentsExperience improving accounting workflows and reporting processesExperience partnering cross-functionally with Finance leadership and operational teamsIf you or someone you know is interested in this exciting opportunity and would like to hear more about this role, please apply immediately!
