Client Relationship Coordinator

Position SummaryThe Client Relationship Coordinator works within the Business Development – Client Relations Team to provide foundational support to the firm's key client program. Reporting to the Director of Client Development – Financial Institutions, this position will support the Director and Client Relationship Managers that are aligned to the firm's key financial industry clients.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesKey Client Program SupportSupport the planning and execution of client relationship initiatives in partnership with Client Relationship Managers, CRLs, and client teamsAssist with day-to-day support of the firm's priority clients through the preparation and maintenance of client plans, meeting materials, and follow-up actionsHelp schedule client relations meetings, prepare draft agendas, and capture notes and action itemsMaintain client relationship trackers, contact lists, and activity logs for key client teamsSupport follow-up on client relationship actions to ensure timely completionResearch and Data SupportConduct research on key clients, including company updates, news, and industry developmentsCompile information into summaries or briefing materials for Client Relationship Managers, CRLs, and client teams in advance of client meetings/pitchesMaintain and update client information, activity tracking, and reporting in the firm's CRM and other internal systems and databasesBusiness Development SupportAssist in preparing relationship reports, presentations and client documents for key clientsHelp gather inputs, format content, and ensure materials are accurate and consistentSupport on key client proposals and pitches as neededSupport the preparation and dissemination of thought leadership materials to key clientsTeam and Administrative SupportWork closely with Client Development Director and Client Relations Managers to support ongoing client activityAssist with administrative tasks related to client programs and business development effortsTake an active role in learning systems, tools, and firm approaches to client developmentTravel for meetings and training as required. Ability to work extended hours as required to meet project, client, or business needs.Working conditionsYou will be required to work in the office at minimum 4 days per week. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of your normal daily schedule. The details of your weekly schedule will be discussed further with your direct supervisor.Pay rangesThis is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage range for this role is $36.53 to $47.11, with an estimated annual compensation range of $76,000 to $98,000, based on expected hours. This represents the presently anticipated pay range for this position.
