Service Advisor/Writer

Job Duties:Set, confirm and prepare for daily appointments to expedite the guest's service experienceGreet guests in a timely and friendly mannerDetermine vehicle's needs based on customer provided information, a vehicle walk-around and the technician's multi-point inspectionProduce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimatesCommunicate frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of workFollow-up with customers on the status of their vehicleQualifications:Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is requiredHigh School diploma or equivalentValid CA driver's licensePass a drug and background screeningBenefits:Health, Dental, & Supplemental Insurance401(k)Paid Time-offWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
