Our projects range from custom residential homes and ADUs to commercial interiors and framing/drywall work throughout Southern California.About the Role We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager who shares our passion for both design and construction. This is a hybrid role that blends the precision of an architectural studio with the fast-paced environment of the job site. You’ll work closely with our design and construction teams to coordinate drawings, oversee construction activities, and ensure quality and design integrity from concept through completion.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing design-build projects from planning through constructionCoordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractorsReview drawings and ensure constructability and alignment with design intentParticipate in site walks, inspections, and occasional hands-on field workSupport estimating, scheduling, and procurement tasksHelp maintain clear project communication and documentationIdeal CandidateHolds a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related fieldHas 1–5 years of experience in architectural or construction settingsEnjoys both design thinking and practical buildingDetail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable transitioning between office work and job site environmentsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWhy Join Us At Design Force Builders, we believe great projects come from collaboration between designers and builders.
