Headquartered in Lebanon, NJ, SDG is licensed in multiple states and certified as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise.Role DescriptionThe ideal candidate is someone with telecom knowledge and/or land development experience and intuitive thinking skills. This is a full-time hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the Lebanon, NJ office. This role will be responsible supporting the design of new site builds.Responsibilities:Design of telecom sites from conception to construction, including layout from scratch, antenna mount design & site plan approvalDevelopment and review of construction drawings, specifications, and detailing for new and existing cell sitesPerform site inspections and condition assessments on existing sites and prepare reportsSupport the training of Jr Engineers and CAD designersPrepare sketches and perform drafting using AutoCADQualificationsBachelors degree in civil engineering with minimum 2 years experience, telecom experience preferredIf no degree, must have a minimum of 4 years telecom design experienceLand development experience requiredExperience with developing drawings in AutoCADKnowledge of building envelope structural componentsKnowledge of construction drawing standardsAbility to perform inspections of sites and other structures, both visually and with instrumentsAbility to record data clearly and write passages for reports, letters, etc.Ability to drive and safely operate a motor vehicleFlexible work from home options available.
