This role also performs basic troubleshooting and rework when issues arise.What you will be doing:Perform 3D Printer system power-up process per work instructionsPerform factory calibration per work instructionsVerify factory calibration using measurement toolsPerform basic troubleshooting of printer functionality and escalate as needed to Senior Testers or TechniciansRework printer per established work instructionsPerform testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies per work instructions and functional test fixturesUnderstanding of 3D printer functionalityAble to work with a computer and data to perform job functionsAble to effectively operate precision measurement toolsDemonstrated ability to use assembly hand toolsAdept familiarity of 3D print knowledge such as hardware, software, and materialsValidation of 3D Printer functionality per established work instructions in the following areas: 3D prints, measurements, data recording, and quality specificationsPerform basic troubleshooting of printer functionality and escalate as needed to Senior Testers or TechniciansPrep skins/doors, tie downs, and accessories to be shipped safely to the customerEnsure final product is up to quality standards functionally and cosmetically.Confirm the product is prepared for shipmentMust have for this role:High School Diploma or equivalent4-6 years related experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of computers for email, transactions, quality reporting, and work instructions, ADP/HR systemsAbility to read and understand work instructions to be able to achieve production goalsAbility to work well with othersStrong written and verbal communication skillsNice to have:Electro-mechanical experience and troubleshooting in technical manufacturing environmentDemonstrated engagement in Lean Manufacturing and company initiativesWhat you will be part of:Company OverviewOur Culture and ValuesOur Sustainability "3D Printing a Better Tomorrow"Our LocationsCheck out our VideoAt Stratasys we have designed a comprehensive Total Rewards program that goes beyond the basics and supports our People First strategy.
